Quick Itinerary: Santiago - Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas - Todos Los Santos - Bariloche

Day 2. Santiago (Breakfast)After breakfast, a half day city tour of Santiago. At the Main Square (Plaza de Armas) view the Cathedral, Post Office and National Museum. Continue along the main avenue called "Alameda" to admire the San Francisco Church, the National Library. You shall also see the Mercado Central and is Santiago's most colourful market and home to many great seafood restaurants. Afterwards a visit to a local winery for wine tasting at Viña Cousiño Macul and Viña Concha y Toro. Return to your hotel.
Day 3. Santiago - Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas (Breakfast)After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Puerto Montt in the Chilean Lake District. Transfer from the airport in Puerto Montt to your hotel in Puerto Varas, on the shore of Lake Llanquihue, the 5 star Hotel Cumbres. From here you can enjoy the spectacular views across the lake of the Osorno Volcano and enjoy a free day.
Day 4: Puerto Varas - Todos Los Santos - Bariloche (Breakfast)After breakfast, pick up by bus and head towards Vincente Perez Rosales National Park. Continue on to the All Saints Lake where your cruise across the lake to Peulla begins on a large vessel. With fabulous views of Osorno Volcano, Puntiagudo and Tronador hills you will arrive at Peulla, a beautiful nature reserve in time for lunch. Continue the cruise on to Puerto Blast with a visit to Cantaros Falls before arriving to Bariloche Argentina by bus. Transfer to your hotel the beautiful 5 star Llao Llao.
Day 5: Bariloche (Breakfast)After breakfast, pick-up for your half-day Circuito Chico tour which begins at the Civic Center, and which runs along Nahuel Huapi Lake. After admiring urban architecture, the tour continues away from the city, where you can appreciate the beauty of Bonita Beach, Huemul Isle, Serena Bay, Campanario Hill, San Pedro Peninsula, Llao Llao Peninsula, San Eduardo Chapel, Pañuelo Port, Llao Llao Port, Villa Tacul, Escondido Lake, the convergence of Nahuel Huapi Lake and Perito Moreno Lake, and finally enjoy the panoramic views offered by the vantage point over Moreno Lake. Return to your hotel. Free afternoon.
Day 6. Bariloche - Buenos Aires (Breakfast)After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Buenos Aires. Reception and transfer to your hotel, the 5 star Palacio Duhau or Intercontinental Hotel.
Day 7: Buenos Aires (Breakfast & dinner)After breakfast, a city tour of perhaps the most cosmopolitan city in South America. Most of the population is of European descent and the city is reminiscent of Paris. It is situated on the Rio de la Plata, and as its name suggests, it is the city of good winds. The tour will include a visit to the Plaza de Mayo, the hub of the city centre and where many public buildings such as the Catedral Metropolitana can be found. At the east end, you will find the Casa Rosada presidential palace with the famous balcony from which Juan and Evita Peron greeted the masses. You shall also visit La Boca, Buenos Aires' most colourful neighbourhood. San Telmo, just a few blocks south of Plaza de Mayo is the artist's quarter, what some believe to be Buenos Aires' most interesting feature. A visit to the Recoleta cemetery before returning to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a dinner and tango show at Esquina Carlos Guardel.
Day 8: Buenos Aires (Breakfast & lunch)Full day Fiesta Gaucha excursion, visiting a typical "estancia" in the pampas. A delicious lunch will be served where you will be able to appreciate the ranching work of the true South American cowboy, the gaucho. Return to your hotel.
Day 9. Buenos Aires - Iguazu (Breakfast)After breakfast, free morning in Buenos Aires before transfer to the airport for the flight to Iguazu. Arrival and transfer to your hotel, the Mercure Iguazu Hotel.
Day 10. Iguazu Argentina Side (Breakfast)Today, a visit to the magnificent falls. Iguazu falls, the most voluminous falls in the world and more than three times the width of the Niagara Falls. The falls lie on the three borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. Set in a subtropical rain forest reserve of over 180,000 hectares, Iguazu is home to jaguars, pumas, caiman and over 400 species of bird. It also offers a chance of seeing the falls close up.
Day 11. Iguazu Brazil Side - Rio de Janeiro (Breakfast)Today, you will cross the border for an excursion of the falls on the Brazil side for a wider view before transfer to the airport for the flight to Rio. Arrival, reception and transfer to your hotel, the Grand Hyatt Rio.
Day 12. Rio de Janeiro (Breakfast)After breakfast, a full day visit of the "marvelous city" including a sightseeing tour to Sugar Loaf Mountain. A two-stage cable car takes you to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain where you will enjoy a splendid view of Rio, Copacabana Beach, and Guanabara Bay. After lunch, a trip to the heart of Rio for a historical city tour including Santa Teresa, the Teatro Municipal and the Fine Arts Museum. The trip also includes a visit to the São Bento Monastery, the Candelaria (the candle-makers), Praça XV (where the royal family landed when they first arrived in Rio. Paço Imperial was their first residence), the "Travessa do Mercado", the Imperial Palace, the cultural centre located in the beautifully-restored Banco do Brasil and Casa Franca-Brazil (a masterpiece by the architect Grandjean de Montigny). Return to your hotel.
Day 13. Rio de Janeiro (Breakfast & dinner)After breakfast, a half day visit to Corcovado, the mountain home to the world famous, Christo de Redentor statue for a magnificent 360° panoramic view of Rio. Return to your hotel for an afternoon of leisure. Dinner and Samba Show in the evening.
Day 14. Rio de Janeiro (Breakfast)After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
